Welcome to Sheridan Elementary

Sheridan Elementary School is located at 8400 Cody Drive for the 2007-08 school year. Our permanent is 3100 Plymouth Avenue in Lincoln, Nebraska. It opened its doors in 1926. The school was named for its proximity to Sheridan Boulevard, which was named for the Union General of the Civil War, General Philip Henry Sheridan.

Staff and parents are committed to providing the best educational opportunities for students at Sheridan. Parent partnerships are important and valued at Sheridan. Sheridan staff members feel parents are their child's first teacher and respect their input when planning their child's educational program.
